At Bender’s Construction we value quality and efficiency at the job site. With our experienced employees and job-specific equipment, work is done in a professional and timely manner. The purchase of our S-100 Somero Laser Screed in 2002 increased our productivity, with the potential to place up to 36,000 sq feet of concrete in a day. Our dual sloped laser enables us to place concrete parking lots with slopes and drains in a quick and precise manner. Before the addition of the screed, we primarily used a truss screed, which is still used when the job calls for it. The Laser Screed, with operator, is available to rent when your crew needs a placing machine. Having the right equipment and people for the job will allow Bender’s Construction to meet your project needs.
Like in the arena of industrial concrete, the addition of the S-100 Somero Laser Screed has increased productivity in our commercial concrete work as well. Buildings and strip malls can be poured quickly and efficiently. The S-100 screed can even be used to place concrete in jobs as small as 2,000 sq feet. At Bender’s Construction we have experience pouring integral colored floors. We can do all exterior flat work, including parking lots, curbs and curb-front sidewalks, and we are also certified to install pervious concrete.
Bender’s Construction began pouring concrete in the residential arena in 1974 and wwe continue to serve customers at their homes. Residential work we do includes basement and garage floors, driveways, patios and sidewalks. Any residential concrete we pour can be integral-colored. At Bender’s we also do post-frame building floors. There is no job too small!
Bender’s Construction can meet agriculture concrete needs very economically. Our S-100 Somero Laser Screed allows large grain and silage pads to be poured very efficiently. We have been pouring post-frame building floors for several area contractors since 1984.
